Rowing Fusion: 45-60 minutes
New to rowing? Start with this rowing fusion class. We blend the concepts of the rowing stroke with an interval workout on the rowing machine and on the Kinesis machine to increase strength, keep your heart pumping and burn the most calories possible!
Rowing Boot Camp: 1 hour
Want a challenge? This is an advanced rowing boot camp class that alternates high paced rowing interval pieces with boot camp strength exercises. You will work with ropes, kettle bells, TRX, Kinesis, medicine balls to burn the most calories possible...the focus here is the push yourself to the limits!
