WE ARE DIFFERENT: We are the only medically directed fitness centers on the Treasure Coast. Health and fitness personnel have specialized training with advanced certifications and give members personal instruction, individualized exercise programs, fitness assessments and other services.
The centers offer a
medical fitness program supervised by specially-trained personnel who can improve disease management and integrate fitness with the clinical care already in progress. Our trainers are qualified to work with rehab and post-rehab patients, Phase III Cardiac Rehab patients, cancer and post cancer patients and much more. Additionally, our goal is the prevention and treatment of disease using a variety of strategies including nutrition, mental health, social interaction, safety and the spiritual aspects of health, through programming for all ages and stages of life. Medical Fitness Exercise Programs include: Cardiac, diabetes, cancer, post physical and occupational rehab, bariatric and more.
