To send an e-mail to a patient at a Martin Health System location, please fill out the form below.

Our volunteers will print and deliver your message to the patient the next day, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Confidential and sensitive information, such as account numbers, should not be sent. Any message received via E-mail a Patient containing questionable content or a business or vendor solicitation will not be delivered and will be deleted. This service is only able to send messages. We cannot send replies.

We will make every effort to deliver your message, but cannot guarantee delivery, nor be responsible for content of e-mails.
