Health Tip of the Day

What Are They Watching?

Pay attention to the video games, movies and computer games your children watch to protect them from negative behavioral and psychological consequences, public health experts say. Some tips: Closely monitor the entertainment they buy or rent. Limit TV and video-game time to two or three hours per day. Don't let youngsters play first-person shooter games, and don't let children under age 10 view any violent entertainment, including R-rated movies.
