STUART, Fla., Jan 6, 2014 – The National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) announced that the Martin Pediatric Care location in Stuart, Florida has received recognition from the Patient-Centered Medical Home program for using evidence-based, patient-centered processes that focus on highly coordinated care and long-term participative relationships. Martin Pediatric Care in Stuart is staffed by Genon Wicina M.D. and Susan Bravo A.R.N.P.
The patient-centered medical home is a model of care that emphasizes care coordination and communication and has been proven to lead to higher quality and lower costs while improving the experience of care for both patients and providers.
