Wednesday, July 02, 2014 - Goombay Bash Set for July 19 in Jensen Beach

The Martin Health Foundation LifeSavers have been hard at work planning this year's Goombay Bash which will be held on July 19th at the Jensen Beach Causeway from 7-11 p.m.

The tropical-themed Goombay Bash is the most anticipated summer charity event on the Treasure Coast and features live music, raffles, food and libations.  The event hosts, the Martin Health Foundation LifeSavers, are local volunteers who dedicate their time to raise funds for infant, pediatric and family programs at Martin Health System. Since 2002, the LifeSavers have raised more than $1 million through community support.

“Our LifeSavers have a reputation for creating an elaborate event atmosphere and providing outstanding musical entertainment – all for a great cause,” said Craig Chindemi, vice president and chief philanthropic officer.
