Dr. Anspach received his medical degree from Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans, Louisiana. He graduated third in his class. He completed his internship and orthopaedic residency training at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Dr. Anspach is certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. Prior to coming to Stuart, Dr. Anspach was an Assistant Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of North Carolina. He has been practicing general orthopaedics in Stuart, Florida for 19 years.
