• What kind of hormonal therapy should I consider? 

• When will treatment start? 

• What drugs will I be taking? How often? For how long? What will they do?

• How will we know if the treatment is working?

• What are the likely short-term and long-term side effects? Which should I tell you about? 

• What can I do about side effects? Are any side effects permanent?  

• If I need hormonal treatment, which would be better for me, drugs or an operation? Why?
